Project Management Assistant (PMA)

REW Corporation, an Electrical, Mechanical & Controls Contractor has a position open for an experienced individual to support our Project Managers with commercial construction projects. Responsibilities will include PMA duties such as construction documentation, plan & submittal management and tracking, subcontracts, purchase orders, RFI’s, change orders, and closeout documents. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Project, Adobe Pro, Bluebeam and Visio Design software are a PLUS. We’re looking for a motivated team player, energetic, and highly organized with at least 3-5 years of commercial/Industrial construction PMA experience and a positive, creative attitude.
